P. Resnick, ESQ.
Resnick is a graduate of both the Harvard and the Maryland Law Schools.
He has engaged in more than thirty years of legal practice, including
a broad range of complex civil and administrative litigation, the
formation of both simple and complex business entities, and a myriad
of real estate issues, disputes and litigation. He has been accorded
the highest “AV” rating by the Martindale-Hubbell national
lawyer rating system, and has appeared in the Martindale-Hubbell
Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
Resnick is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme
Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit,
the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Maryland
Court of Appeals, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and
the Florida Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in courts
throughout the states of Maryland and Florida, and the District
of Columbia, and can provide assistance in other states, in co-ordination
with counsel admitted to practice in such states and as permitted
by the rules of court pertaining to pro hac vicea admission.
